The Ultra awesome PILLOW!
Everyone needs one! Just contact me at nmtuomi@msn.com. The best pillow we have ever had! I will ship them to you. So you can see for yourself! They are gel filled, which sounds crazy but they feel just like down and they don't stink! They settle in to a comfortable stage and then they keep their form. I seriously have never used a nicer pillow. We have 6 of them on our bed alone. I believe that everything in life should have some sort of balance.....therefore I believe in taking care of your mind, body and soul....on a personal level and by no means do I think my way is the only way, but....it works for me and my kids.
- GOOD NUTRITION! - AND SUPPLIMENTATION - I recommend what we take, which has kept me and all 4 of my children out of the doctors office for 6 years. RELIV has changed our lives and the lives of my entire family, including my mother and brother in law who remain cancer free for 7 years. No more IBS, no more depression, sleep!, I could go on and on. - THE CHEATERS DIET! - well I don't know if I would call it a diet, but it works for me! There is actually a book "The Cheater's Diet" and I read it and I thought..."hmmmm I can do that." And I have for about 3 years now.... 5 days of eating really healthy and then taking the weekends off. Now I see "Nutrisystem" is offering the same idea because It works.. you don't feel deprived when everyone else is eating or guilty when you eat the foods you crave sooo badly like Chinese or pizza or Dairy Queen. I can actually have those, and I do and sometimes I have all three! And it is o.k. on the weekend as long as I don't cheat during the week. If you need any food ideas let me know! I have tons!The idea behind this is to stoke your "furnace" on the weekend and then when you cut your body off of the calories it is roaring hot and burns fat! It does work.
- CHIROPRACTIC CARE! - Yes, I believe in a full functioning nervous system. Don' t you? Dr. Andy Kuecher here in Brainerd has made a difference in my entire families health. - SPIRITUALITY! - (what ever religion you choose) I feel it is important to believe in your higher power. God, (in my case) gives me strength, confidence, comfort, serenity, wisdom and sooooo much more. BELIEVE AND YOU SHALL RECEIVE!
- EXERCISE - Did I say exercise? O.K. gotta work on that one...really. I know it is good for me but whew! I can't get there, except taking care of, cleaning and doing laundry for a family of 6. Just get out and walk!
